Annual Meeting 2: The Quest for Quorum

The annual meeting for the Reserves of Beavercreek was held at the clubhouse last night, but unfortunately we fell short of the 44 units required for quorum by over 20 units.  The only reason we’ve made quorum in previous years is that Towne Properties owned a large chunk of units.  They now own no units so we really need to get a decent turn out when we reschedule for late April.  The board has tentatively scheduled the new meeting for April 25.  The condo association meeting will begin at 6:00 PM and the meeting for the master association (condos and townhomes) will start at 7:00 PM.  Talk to your neighbors and try to make sure everyone is aware of the meeting and can come. Those who can’t make the meeting should fill out a proxy form that Tracy will mail along with the official notice for the rescheduled meeting.
